Hongfanqie restaurant, 18 Beichendonglu, Catic Hotel Beijing; (2). Friday, 18 Beichendonglu, Catic Hotel Beijing; (3). Jiashiyuhuayuan restaurant, 23 Beichendongluhuayuanyihao. If you wanna go to a bar or something, there are also some good choices for you: (1). Good friend: 8 Beichendonglu(in the north of the Catic Hotel). (2). Feiwen club: 8 Beichendonglu(in the east of the Beijing National Stadium). (3). ViVo club: 28 Aihuibeiliyiyuan. Also, there are lots of good hotels and motels near the Beijing National Stadium. Here are some motels I recommend: (1). Beijing Aomengsi, North Huizonglu, Huiyindasha. (2). Anzhou motel: 416 Huizonglu. By the way, the ticket price for the Beijng National Stadium is 50 rmb.

3. Beijing Olympics Basketball Stadium: It is the stadium for the basketball games of 2008 Beijing Olympics. You can get here by bus(996,983,982,981,967,952,913,817,751,740,728,693,689,624,620,436,373,370,337,64 to the bus stop named “Wukesong”). The subway is also a good choice and you will need to get off at the stop named “Wukesong”. There are a lot good restaurants near this stadium. Here are some restaurants I like: (1). Many people absolutely dread long haul flights as they know that they will probalby reach their destination tired, cramped and cranky. This need not be the case however. Dress comfortably: You are going to have to sit in one position for a long time, the least you can do is to make sure that your clothes and shoes don’t make that harder than it already is. If you need to make a good impression on arrival you can stik a change of clothes in your carry on luggage.

Eat and drink in moderation: Sitting still in a confined space is cannot be termed ‘optimum operating conditions’ for your digestive system. The inside of a plane is a highly pressurised environment which means that the effects of alcohol tends to be more severe at cruising altitude. The obvious implication is that you should be very careful about what you eat and drink on a plane.

Avoid dehydration: If you do want to drink: drink water! The inside of a plane is very dry due to the air being re-circulated. You can guard against the effects of this by drinking water at every opportunity.

Walk the aisles: People often find that they are stiff, sore and bloated after long haul flights. This is the case because our muscles reacts negatively to passivity. Even just a few walks down the length of the plane will leave your muscles much happier!

Invest in some noise cancelling headphones: I recently bought a good pair of noise cancelling headphones and I can’t think how I ever flew without them. The technology used does not only enhance the sound quality of whatever you are listening to, but also actively filters out other sounds. The difference that having your own ’sound bubble’ on long haul flights can make to your state of mind is absolutely phenomenal.

I am not suggesting, with this article, that air travel can be totally stress free or that you can arrive ‘fresh as a daisy’ every time you fly. The point that I am trying to make is that, by following these simple steps, you can arrive at your destination with a distinct advantage over those who just sat around hoping that the flight would end soon!

The most convinient way is to pay by credit card(they accept visa, mastercard,discover cards,etc. I will recommend the discover card because it has no foreign transaction fees). If you are booking your tickets by phone, you can just provide your credit card information(card number,exp date,ower name,etc) to the airline companies. For the online booking, it is also very convinient and all you need to do is to follow the web sites’ instructions and input your credit card datas. If you do not have a credit card, you can choose to pay cash(get tickets from the airline companies’ offices in the downtown. Sometimes they can deliver the tickets to your home).

2. How to get the flight schedule(invoice)?
The flight schedule is acting like the invoice and it can be used to get compensations for your business travel. If you do not need this flights schedule, you can just get your boarding pass using your official ID and you don’t need to waste time in this flight schedule. If you need this for getting compensations from your company, you can get it in 4 different ways: (1). Get it from the airline company’s counters in the airport. (2). Get it from the airline company’s offices in the downtown. (3). Ask the airline company to send it to your home if you are booking your tickets through a travel agent. (4). Ask the airline company to mail it to you. In these 4 options, I think the best way is to ask them to mail it to you. 3. How to get a refund?
(1). If you did not ask them to send you the flight schedule, you can get the refund immediately(you will need to pay for the refund fees of course).  (2). If you already got the flight schedule from the airline company, you will need to return this to the ailine company. They will process your refund request after they receive your flight schedule.

1. Guanyuan market:
It is like the outlet in the U.S. and you can get very good deals here. This place is many people’s first choice if they wanna do some shopping in Beijing. You can get all kinds of stuffs here:clothings,dresses,shoes,boots,handbags,t-shirts,etc. The address is: 7th St. Guyuan,Beijing.

2. Dongsi:
The clothings in the northern street of Dongsi are mainly in the casual style and very personalized. In the stores of the southern street of Dongsi, they sell the professional dresses. The stuffs in Dongsi is not bad and you can get very good deals if you are good at bargaining. The only bad comments I got is that some shop owners are snobbish.

3. Jiayi fashion square:
It is in the opposite of Kunlun Hotel and close to Yansha Shopping Mall. There are some stores selling imported goods here and the price is a little bit high comparing with other places in Beijing. These stores are in very good business and you can not bargain here. 

4. Xidan Huawei:
This place is pretty cool and I will recommend the stores in the 7th floor. You can get many cool stuffs there if you have very good tastes in clothings.

5. Zhongliang square:
There is a store named “New Romance” in Zhongliang square. I like it although it is not a cheap store. Another notable store here is called “Hot Wind”. It is a shoes store. The shoes there are very fashionable and the price is pretty reasonable. It is always in very good business and I once met a famouse Chinese pop star Mangjiang in the “Hot Wind”.

6. Wudaokou:
Most stores here sell the Korean and Japanese style clothings. You can get very good deals if you are good at bargaining. There is also a cinema named “Wudaokou Cinema” here. The Beijing Language and Culture University is here and lots of Korean and Japanese students live here. This is why the stores here all choose to sell the clothings in Korean or Japanese style.

7. Zoo market:
It is another famouse outlet in Beijing. This market is close to the Beijing Zoo and you can find lots of good stuffs here. I like the Korean style clothings here and everything here is very cheap.

8. Lady’s Street:
It is close to the embassy areas of Beijing. The most popular clothings here are in the Korean and Japanese style. I like a little store here named “MP3 Korean Clothings”. It sells the sportswears and many Korean and Japanese customers visit here too.
